Swimmer and future British Olympics star Freya Colbert won the 400m individual medley at the World Championships in Doha earlier this year, after becoming a European and Commonwealth bronze medallist when she was just 18, winning medals in Birmingham and Rome in 2022.

Colbert also secured first place with the 200 metres freestyle and the 400 metres medley at the 2024 Aquatics GB Swimming Championships, and shares vlogs of her training, travel and studies at Loughborough University on YouTube. Later this year, the 20 year old will compete in her first Summer Olympic Games in Paris.
